Can you make free calls from italy to romania with the 60 extra minutes given by this voucher? Or are they available only to india?
Sorry to say that this voucher is solely for calls to India. However you are able to talk free for 10 minutes to Italy and Romania

This voucher is applicable only for new sign-ups. You have to register a new number to avail 60 minutes.
I have used this India60min voucher twice for two other numbers before. I tried a new number today and it didnt work. :-(
